Infants under 2 in travel cot free of charge.
Price includes homemade cream tea on arrival (subject to arrival between 4pm and 5.30pm) and a choice of hearty breakfasts (including Full English, vegetarian/vegan, gluten free, continental) in the morning.
We encourage stays of more than 1 night, not only because it allows you more time to enjoy the tranquillity of our lovely village, but also because it helps us to achieve some of our sustainability goals. We therefore make a deduction of £5.00 per night in recognition of your support.
A 10% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and balances must be paid no later than 4 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy - A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of a booking in order to receive a refund of the total paid minus the non refundable deposit. Less than 72 hours notice of cancellation will incur a charge for the 1st nights accommodation. It is suggested that customers consider travel insurance.
